Can I return or exchange my garment?
All garments are made to order, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty. Please check the size chart carefully before ordering. Most garments have a size tolerance of ±2 inches.
Where can I find the size chart for my garment?

Can I add to an order after it is placed?
Once payment is received, your order goes straight into our production schedule and cannot be amended or have items added.
Do product options affect the price?
Product options vary between items and some may incur an additional charge. Any extra costs will be shown before you complete your order.
How much is the shipping cost?
Shipping costs can vary depending on the weight of your order and the delivery method selected. Exact charges will be shown at checkout. To save on shipping and ensure faster turnaround, we recommend placing orders once a week, ideally before Wednesday at 4 pm when we submit our weekly Gymophobics garment orders to our suppliers.
How long will my order take?
Production and shipping times can vary, but our normal turnaround is 7–10 working days. To help reduce lead times, please place your order before Wednesday at 3:30pm, as this is when we submit our Gymophobics garment orders to our supplier
How should I care for my garments?
Wash at 30°C or below. Do not iron directly over prints or embroidery. Avoid tumble drying where possible to prolong garment life.
