These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed on this website and in store.

2. Making a Purchase
Please read all terms and conditions carefully. By placing an order, you agree to all terms stated.
Simply browse our store and add items to your cart. We accept online payment via PayPal or phone orders via 01295 233333.
All personalised orders are final. Stock availability is not guaranteed. Pricing errors will be communicated before production begins.
3. Cancellation Rights
You may cancel unpersonalised orders within 7 days of the confirmation email. Personalised or special-order items are non-cancellable once work has started.
4. Image Quality
Images should be 300dpi minimum for best results. We do not Pantone match for print. Pantone matching for embroidery is available with full setup fee and reference provided at order.
5. Embroidery Proof
Proofs are available on request. Actual embroidered appearance may differ from the digital preview. One embroidery design per order unless specified otherwise. Additional charges apply for transferring digitised files.
6. Back Orders
If an item is out of stock, we will inform you of estimated restock time and offer alternatives or refunds as needed.
7. Tax Charges
VAT is included in applicable items. Children’s clothing under age 14 is VAT exempt.
8. Postage Charges
Displayed at checkout. If you disagree with the postage cost, do not proceed with the order.
9. Sample Charges
All samples are chargeable and non-returnable. Sample cost may be deducted from your total order if used for personalisation.
10. Returning Unpersonalised Items
All garments are ordered specifically per customer. Please check sizing and specs before placing an order. A return fee applies after the 7-day cancellation period. Pre-authorization is required.
11. Faulty Garments
Items will be inspected by our suppliers. If confirmed faulty, a refund will be processed. We do not cover damage to customer-supplied garments during branding. Incorrect sizing or discomfort does not qualify as faulty.
12. Overview of Returns Policy
All sales are final. We do not operate a sale or return policy.
- Proof of purchase is required within 7 days of confirmation email.
- Returns must be authorised.
- Returns after 7 days incur £10 or 60% of order value, whichever is greater.
- Items must be unwashed, unworn (unless faulty), with tags attached.
- The Workwear Company may refuse goods deemed unsellable.
- No returns on personalised goods unless fault is admitted by us in writing.
- Samples are charged and subject to the same return policy as plain goods.
- No returns after 28 days from purchase.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping. Original postage is non-refundable unless item is faulty.
- Hi-vis items must include original packaging and documentation.
- Brook Taverner returns incur an additional £2 per garment restocking fee.
- Result AirDown® products and Portwest respirators are non-returnable.
- Underwear is non-returnable.
13. Faulty Goods Process
- Email us for a Returns Authorisation Number, including fault description.
- Label your return clearly with the returns number.
- If we accept liability, we will refund postage (standard rates only).
- We will confirm receipt and next steps after inspection.
14. Personalised Items
All personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty. Please check all personalisation details carefully before placing your order.
15. Free Embroidery Set Up / Package Exemptions
If a workwear package is cancelled after setup work has started, the full embroidery setup fee will be deducted from any refund due.
16. User Agreement

By using this website, you agree to all terms and conditions outlined herein. Continued use constitutes ongoing acceptance. These terms may change without prior notice.

2. Eligibility
Children under 18 must have parental supervision. Under 13s may not place orders.

- No spamming, copying, reverse engineering, or distributing offensive content
- No impersonation, abuse, or copyright infringement
5. Website Access and Use

6. Account Security
You are responsible for your account, password, and activity. Notify us of unauthorized use immediately.
7. Warranties
All services are provided "as is". No guarantee is made for uninterrupted access or error-free performance. Users accept full risk.
8. Liability Limitations
We are not liable for loss, damage, or downtime caused by third parties, misuse, force majeure, or user error.
9. Termination
The Workwear Company may terminate access without notice. Users may also stop using the site at any time.
10. Legal Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by UK law and fall under the jurisdiction of UK courts.
