Overview of Returns Policy

General Policy
All sales are final. The Workwear Company does not trade on a “sale or return” basis.
We do, however, accept returns under the following conditions:
Returns Conditions

Proof of Purchase
Returns must be made within 7 days of the confirmation email. An order number is required. -
Authorised Returns Only
All returns must be pre-authorised by The Workwear Company. -
Late Returns Fee
Items returned after 7 days will incur a £10.00 fee or 60% of the order value, whichever is greater. -
Condition of Goods
Items must be in original packaging, unwashed, unworn (unless faulty), unprocessed, and with all tags attached.
The Workwear Company reserves the right to refuse any returns deemed unsuitable for resale. -
Printed or Embroidered Items
Personalised goods are non-returnable unless The Workwear Company admits fault in writing. -
Samples
Samples are charged at full price (excluding personalisation) and incur standard carriage charges.
If returned for personalisation, the item value (minus postage) will be credited toward your order.
Samples are subject to the same conditions as plain, unpersonalised items. -
28-Day Limit
Goods cannot be returned more than 28 days after purchase. -
Return Shipping
You are responsible for return carriage charges.
Original delivery fees are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed faulty.
Faulty garments will be replaced with free carriage. -
High Visibility Garments
Due to Health & Safety legislation, Hi-Vis items can only be returned in original packaging with legislative documentation included. -
Brook Taverner Suiting Policy
All Brook Taverner returns will incur an additional £2 per garment restocking fee in addition to our standard returns policy. -
Non-Returnable Products
The following items are strictly non-returnable:

- Portwest respirators -
Underwear Policy
All underwear is non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
